We conduct assessments under strict confidentiality agreements with our clients. To maintain the integrity and objectivity of every evaluation, we do not provide public comments on active assessments, past assessments, or any shelter-specific findings outside of the formal reporting process.
This policy is not intended to limit transparency; rather, it exists to ensure that our work remains independent, unbiased, and free from external pressure or influence from any individual or group. Protecting our clients' privacy and the neutrality of our evaluations is essential for producing accurate, fair, and actionable results.
We do not have a stake in any internal shelter, community, or advocacy dynamics. We are neither for nor against any individual, group, or position. Our role is to apply a consistent, impartial methodology that evaluates all aspects of shelter operations objectively. We do not promote specific narratives, take sides, or adjust findings based on external pressure. Ultimately, our work is grounded in ensuring that animals and people in shelter environments are supported by best practices that promote proper care, safe handling, adequate resources, and a healthy, humane environment.
To further safeguard the integrity of our work, we do not accept unsolicited calls or emails that attempt to influence, redirect, or shape an evaluation outside the established scope of work. All assessments follow a structured process designed to ensure neutrality, accuracy, and independence from undue influence.
